Struggling with maintaining physique for the type of dance can be very difficult without the right knowledge. Without the right nutrition you can end up with deficiencies - no energy - can't dance at peak performance - end up with injuries - mood affected - can be hard and tricky. can be detrimental to you your mental health. dance is a physical and mental discipline.
